Beauty Splurge: DuWop CircleBlock

It took me a while to figure out the idiosyncrasies of DuWop CircleBlock, an Allure Best of Beauty winner.  But I think one phrase will sum it up: Don’t overuse the pink part.

That sounds weird. Let me put it another way: Don’t overuse the salmon-colored neutralizer. Dab it lightly on the darkest part your under eye circle and don’t go all the way under your eye. Then apply the concealer the same way. It is very tempting to go all the way under your eye in a half moon, but resist.

Once I began applying this product with a very light hand, I noticed a difference. When I over applied, it looked cakey and obvious, and only drew more attention to that much-hated area.

So while there may be many concealers out there, Allure has deemed this one the best for undereye circles, and I have to agree. When I combine DuWop CircleBlock with my Makeup Forever Full Cover for acne, I can pretty much fake flawless skin.
