My case:

My whole life I’ve had short, straight, and thin lashes… Usually I need to apply multiple layers of mascara or wear fake lashes.

The claim:

Lipocils Expert has been made by Talika, a Parisian company, since 1948. So technically speaking, it was the first marketed lash enhancer serum. Their claim is that lashes will appear 50% darker, 36% longer (by 4.4 mm!) and 50% more curled in 28 days (with vigilant use) without sulfates, phthalates, synthetic dyes or frangrances. It contains various plant extracts such as nettle and also silk proteins to help you achieve more lush, dark come-hither lashes.

The evidence:

I’ve been using Lipocils everyday for over a month now, and I have seen a most noticeable change in the length of my lashes both upper and lower. Also my lashes (especially the lower lashes where they are so very pitifully puny) are markedly darker, thicker and longer. I haven’t noticed that my lashes are more curled…remember my lashes are super stubborn!

When I put on mascara using Anita’s tip (alternating lengthening and volumizing mascara), my eyes really Pop! And I can’t help but look in the mirror and wonder, “Who’s lashes are these?” It’s awesome.

The verdict:

Lipocils Expert won me over and made me a believer. It’s a definite must-have.
