To Dry For Polish Drying Topcoat by Essie

Tonight Essie To Dry For Top Coat helped me out in a big way.  It’s typical that every year I’m running around getting last minute items for costumes, picking up pumpkins for the kids to carve, preparing dinner early (this year I bought!), and of course helping the kids with their makeup and costumes.

This year I got the notion to dress up, which ended up being one extra thing to squeeze into the day.  I know that all you moms can back me up on this one… moms are usually the last to get ready!  Literally, I was painting my nails while running out the door…not just one layer, but count em’:  four different layered polishes!

Usually it would take at least 30 minutes to dry out, and in my experience usually more for the polish to harden.  I swiped a coat of Essie’s Drying top coat after I applied my last coat of nail polish, waited about ten minutes  just to be sure…and voila!

True to claim, it dried all the layers.  I waited for my polish to get a smudge or a nick (which happens more often than I like to admit), but nada.  It gave my nails a strong, shiny coat and I like how I didn’t have to mess with two different products to achieve what Essie’s Top Coat could do in one.

I think it’s brilliant!  Essie Drying Top Coat is a fabulous product that I’ll reach for every time I give myself a home manicure!
