Loving and accepting yourself is easier said then done, who doesn’t want thinner thighs and clearer skin? God doesn’t usually give everyone everything and self-love maybe one of the hardest lessons of all. Here are a few tips I learned along the way that make a big difference in how you see yourself and others.

1. Accept yourself – we all come in all shapes and sizes, and accept others.
2. Be as natural as you can – less is more.
3. Get with a program – have a regimen, health or beauty but get one.
4. Be nice to yourself and others – we all have problem areas.
5. Live a Gluten Free lifestyle – this will help with your skin, hair and nails.
6. Eat vegetables and drink plenty of water – these are the best things you can do for your skin.
7. Fake Tans are the best – wear sunscreen, avoid the sun and never go to a tanning booth.
8. Love yourself and your skin – the skin is a living organism that will take care of you if take care of it.
9. Get plenty of sleep – lack of sleep causes premature aging.
10. Avoid excess drinking and drugs – the quickest way to wear out your body and brain.
